Just had my wedding this weekend and used Baked in Breck for our cake and cupcakes. I could not have been more pleased. I can’t have gluten and they made me the best gluten free cake I have ever had. We did 5 different cupcake flavors and they were all a hit!! Nicci was so easy to work with and everything turned out beautifully! I would HIGHLY recommend Nicci and Baked in Breck!

If you need a wedding cake that is not only so beautiful to look at that you don’t want to cut it but tastes like heaven also, look no further and call Nicci!! We met Nicci for the first time during our cake tasting after we reached out and asked for red velvet cake options. She came with 3-4 red velvet cake options, I had no idea that a baker could do that much with one flavor. She had a red velvet raspberry cake sample for us, and after the first bite we knew that no one was going to top that taste! Nicci was absolutely wonderful to work with. I sent her so many pictures of cakes from my Pinterest board and with our creative minds and her wizardry in the kitchen, she made our dream wedding cake come to life. The gold detailing in the mountains on the sides of the cake tiers was amazing and the placement of the real red roses, greenery and cranberries, and our personal touches with our 4 dog figurines, was exquisite. The cake photographed so well, and I’ve included some of our dessert table photos here to share her masterpiece of our wedding cake! Highly recommend Nicci for all your baking needs or if you just want to seek her out in Breckenridge at an event for a sweet treat!

Delicious desserts!! We ordered a cake, cupcakes, and cheesecake bites for our wedding and we loved every bit of it! Nicci was really easy to work with, designed our cake exactly as we asked for, and dropped it off to our venue, so we did not have to worry about picking it up. She also has a great selection of gluten free items which was perfect for our gluten free guests. I highly recommend!

Amazing! So based off of a brief description of my daughter's personality, Nicci created a beautiful cake for her birthday (lemon cake with a strawberry compote filling and a lavender Swiss meringue buttercream). We were celebrating in CO from OH and I initially chose Baked in Breck because I loved Nicci's story, but this cake was unforgettable... if only we lived closer....
